SWATI B.W.R. Grade Plywood : (IS:303) |
BWR Grade ISI marked SWATI Plywood is bonded with improved phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin under controlled temperature and pressure. Three tier treatments are given to BWR GRADE PLYWOOD so as to make it real tough in which Veneers are treated with preservatives. Glue line is fortified with non-leachable organophosphorus compound while finished panels are treated with ACC or Acid copper chrome compound. SWATI BWR does not delaminate even when immersed in hot water for 3 cycles of 8 Hours boiling and 16 Hours drying @ 65 ± 20 C and is therefore ideal for use in hot, humid and moist locations. |
